Hello everyone :) I've been away from Second Life for a while now, but I am back! There's a new sim; Octami, new textures for the hair, a new store to shop in and lots of new things coming in the new year. I have a couple styles I'm just about ready to release and would love to see you come visit the new store and see all the shiny fun and sparkly newness :)

Hi! Thanks for looking at my new release.
This is Runway. Runway is a sleek, sexy short style that's short, made with some sculpted prims for some realism and very easily worn with dramatic formal wear to the most casual of fun wear.

Runway comes in 206 shades in many pack options including the everything pack in which you can get every shade at a substantial savings. There are solids and tips in every pack so don't be afraid to spend your lindens on this hair. It's SO worth it.

Packs start at L$199 for most packs and a little more for the large packs. The regular packs (L$199) include 12 hairs (at least).

Demos are free as are the color demos, so you can try before you buy :)

Hi! thanks for peeking at my newest release.
I have carpis in many color options, 12 to be exact and 5 denim shades. All the colors will work perfectly with the recently released Bellies tops as well.

New release today called Bellies, for obvious reasons ;) These are on both jacket and shirt layer. The sleeves and prim addition for the belly come in two versions, one a plain and the second is the plain color with a sheer overlay with little dots that make it look a little sparkly. Lots of fun. The sleeves are sculpted the waist is flexy. The prim attachements are modifiable. Available in 12 colors or in an everything pack with 50% savings! You can get them in the main store in Dixie or on Xstreet SL Marketplace

New release: Drama. Dramatic for sure. This is an updo you can dress up or dress down. I have worn it both with formal and with casual wear and it looked great with both. Today I have a double release of Pirate for ladies and for the guys. It's a long pony tail with flexy and sculpted goodness. The bands are color change with a single or dual color option. There are piratey beads hanging down that can be color changed or even removed if you're not feeling especially pirate-ish today and just want to wear it as long hair. I've included a complimentary pirate hat that is also color change with a color change sash attached.

If you'd like to get just the pirate hat it's also available for purchase alone in the accessories.

This one is called Jenna. Named after someone very dear to my heart in RL and in SL. Her name is Phoebe Sirbu. She is a true to the heart cowgurl and asked me to make a long hair with a cowboy hat. So here it is. The hat has color change via the TamiHud. You can change the hat and the tie. All one color or make the hat have one color and the rope a coordinating color. Whatever you like :) Available in 206 color and lots of color pack options. Hope you enjoy!

New release for the guys called October. Named for my husband. This hair is all sculpts and high prim. So be sure to remove the scripts once you've resized it. (Just click the hair, click all prims/delete/yes) You'll be glad you did and it'll help you with lag. Hair Fair Releases!

So, I'm totally behind on everything. I had a family emergency that prevented me from doing anything until this point. I barely got hair done for the fair! But it's there. I'll post pictures below for a peek at the designs in case you're wanting to go check out the hair fair and hadn't looked for my booth since I hadn't posted. Sorry for the delays. Diamond is a cute updo with a color change headband. The color change options are via the TamiHud.

Tasty is a short sassy do with all sculpted prims. It's high prim so once you've edited it to fit you be sure to click the hair then click all prims/delete to remove the resizing scripts so you won't lag :)

Pearl is a very stylish short do for the lady who likes to be sexy with her short style. This is a favorite of mine. Smexy!!

Imagine that...a new hair finally released. So it's been a while since I released anything new. I've got several ready now and I'll be releasing them one or two at a time over the next week or two. Today's release is called Tami. It's a layered sexy do with lots of fun whisps and layers throughout. It's very much like my own real life hair so I decided to name it after myself. The style is primarily sculpted with some flexy added in for fun movement and realism. Available in all 206 shades in the new packs only. (As I said before over the last few months, I will be discontinuing the old textures at some point. Things are going much slower than I planned) Demo and color demos available in my main store here in Dixie.

Western Gear!!

Big release today for *~OT~*WesternGear! We have quite a few new releases in our western line. Dresses, bandanas, more boots, and I've updated all the previous releases to include sculpted pieces. First up is the Denim Dress. Included in the dress is a sculpted collar, bandana and cuffs for the sleeves. Also there is a prim belt and flex skirt. It comes in three colors (red, grey and pink) all with exact matching boots sold separately or in packs. As I said there are four new colors of boots, (red, light grey, tan, and light pink). Another dress in tan suede (with matching (tan) boots as well. These are all avalaible in packs or as separates for your shopping convenience :) All the previous releases, (Country Gurl, Western Gurl, Rebel Gurl and Mary Ann) have been updated to include sculpted belts, collars, cuffs for the pants and sleeves for the tops. Again matching boots are available for all of these sets. So you cowboys won't feel left out, I'll let you know I am working on men's releases to be coming (hopefully) next week. Don't forget I recently released two new hairstyles with cowboy hats included in the design. They have color change via the TamiHud so you can match to any outfit. They're all for sale exclusively at The Silver Dollar Saloon and !TM Hair Styles by Tami McCoy both in Dixie.

New today are a little different for me. An outfit and boots! Surprised ya didn't I? You were expecting hair.

Anyway, to go with yesterday's release is a set of boots in 5 different color options or get 'em all in the everything pack at a reduced price (like getting one pair free :) They come with both fringe and plain in each color. I had fun making these hope you have fun wearing them.

The outfit is some of my favorite things: Pink, gingham and denim; called Country Cutie. It's a flexy skirt with sculpted collar, cuffs, babydoll attachment for the shirt (optional, if you wanna just wear the top with jeans this makes it really cute) and a prim belt.

The boots are no trans/no mod/copy and the dress is copy/mod/no trans

I finally finished these two designs after a month of interruptions and shelving them! Cowboy Up! and Cowgurl Up! are sculpted color change hats (via the TamiHud) and sculpted hair. I am really pleased with these two designs. They look incredible on. Avaialble in all 206 shades in the usual pack options. Three new releases today. 'Fierce' is an A line bob (shorter in the back graduating to longer in the front). I've released it in Fierce, Fierce II and Fierce III, each with a different bangs option so hopefully it will please everyone's bang preferences. Fierce has no bangs, Fierce II has a full bang and Fierce III has whispy bangs. All are flexy, with some sculpties added in here and there. All three are available in 206 colors. Glitch affecting Sleek I and II in the Reds I pack

Hey ya'll. I noticed today there was a glitch with one of the recent designs. Sleek I and Sleek II in the Reds I pack. If you purchased that pack in either of the Sleek style please send me the transaction history in a notecard with your first and last name and I'll send you a replacement. Name the notecard Sleek glitch - your name. The only color affected was the Red Copper. Dunno what happened there but it's funky! And I don't want anyone to have anything less than the best I can offer. Sorry!!!!!!!

I just finished new shoes today! They're called Tams ;) There are 10 different styles in and one design. All sculpties so a total of only 5 prims!! They're all color change via the TamiHUD, with one color for the main part of the shoe and a second color choice if you want to color the sole. The possible color combos are almost endless! One click changes, easy as pie. These are unisex and come in two sizes, one for guys and one for gals!Pictures below of a few of the choices. Come to Dixie to check them all out! Re-release of Raven

As I'm retexturing the older hair styles with the new textures, I am also making improvements to the design. Some of the improvements are so drastic they deserve a re-release as an 'almost' new design. Raven is an example of such a change. I have added flex and some sculpted prims to the design, fixed some of the alpha flickering issues and gotten rid of the default base that you used to need when wearing this style. Overall it's a vast improvement on the original design. And one worth checking out :) I have it displayed on the 'new' wall in the store as you enter. Sophisticated... New from !TM Hair Styles by Tami McCoy

New release today! This is actually a redesign of an older style called Sophisticated. I was going to retire it and SeaWay Brodsky convinced me to redesign it and keep it. She was right! I think it turned out awesome, tho very different from the original design. I've added flex and a color change tie to the back, (use the TamiHud to change the color). And about the TamiHud, there is an button called News. You can click this button to easily open my web page to see all the new releases! Try it out it's super cool :)
I am so excited to re-release this! I hope you like it as much as myself and my two store managers, Mystic and SeaWay do.
It's available in all 206 of my new textures in all the usual color pack options. Come check it out! If you haven't been to the store lately, there are quite a few new styles I've released the last few weeks in the new textures. Fall into !TM

New today is Fall. It's a long flexy hair with a sculpted color changing hat. The hat is attached to the hair so there is no worries of pieces poking through in strange places :) Newly released today as well is my TamiHud. This HUD will be used for all future releases with color change. You are able to use this HUD for any hair with color change accessory or any separate attached accessory (created by me). So no more clicking on the hair trying to hit the right spot for color change. It's really cool and I think you're going to enjoy using it. Once you're done using it you can click the HUD to minimize it but keep it handy at all times. Fall is available in my new range of 206 textures with 46 solid colors and 3 tips for every solid shade. Also included in the 206 are two colors only available in the Tami's Pick I and Tami's Pick II packs. Demos for all the colors are available on the "New Releases" display as you enter the store. You can get a tp from my picks, by using search for !TM Hair Styles by Tami McCoy or through searching classifieds. I will also include an SLURL at the end of this post. As a sidenote, I am still working on the new store and getting all the hair retextured for the grand opening. Hair Fair Releases...

I wanted to post my Hair Fair releases the day it started. Well, life has a funny way of making things slip to the back of your mind when you're trying to do 10 things at once, lol. So what are these 10 things, you ask? A few worth mentioning are: 1. New store build which should be ready for a grand re-opening September 9th or thereabouts. 2. Retexturing all my designs with the new textures I've been working on. 3. Hair Fair fun stuffs...well I could keep going but you get the idea. The new store is nearly complete and I am in the process of restocking it will all the hair I've retextured. It is just amazing, wait till you all see it. I am so excited. It's HUGE!! Lots of room for new releases ;) Hair Fair is going really well. The first days were bogged down with so much lag you could barely move, but it has gotten better now and you can actually walk around, so if you haven't braved it yet, go for it it's well worth the trip. Below are pictures of my new releases for the fair. Going on in my main store in Dixie is the 50% off sale still. All hair is half price because I will be releasing new textures soon. Once the sale is over and I tear down the old store those textures will be history. Some of the designs will also be retired, so go get what you want as soon as you can. This will be over in a week or so. I will not be releasing any more designs with these textures, and I will not sell them anymore either. I have 206 new textures, new packs and lots of extra goodies. I think everyone is going to find their favorite packs and enjoy exploring the new colors. It's so exciting. I have color demos at the hair fair so anyone wanting to try out the new packs head over there and check them out. I will put the color demos for the new textures out in my main store a day or two before the new build is ready to open so anyone missing out on hair fair can check them out. It's been a mighty long time since I have blogged anything. Why? Because all the work I've been doing has been behind the scenes, so to speak. I have a whole bunch of stuff coming up in the next few weeks and this post is just the beginning! Going on right now I have a 50% off every hair style in my store. I will continue this sale into this week and part of next week. This sale will mark the end of the textures I am currently using. I have all new textures and lots of 'em!!! 206 in all. Once the sale ends I will close the store for a few days and restock a brand new store build. Wait till you see it OMG it's amazing. (Many thanks to Charlene Trudeau for this wonderful new store design). So, if you have a favorite color of hair and have been holding off getting that design you like, better hurry and get it while you can. New Jewelry!

New today is a set of jewelry in both gold and white gold. I've been working with sculpties and this will be my first project that includes them! I've named it simply Shell because it resembles a shell shape :) Both sets are designed with color change scripting and easy sizing with a click. Two styles have been revised

Hi everyone. I have done an update on both Fate and Destiny. If you have either (or both) and would like a replacement with the new version (no charge), please IM either SeaWay or Mystic Brodsky to verify the older purchase and then I'll send you the replacement :) This is to address the flickering of the textures that seems to have gotten worse. No more flicker in the back :) Also, keep an eye out for more new Flexation hair for those of you who enjoy the long styles. I have several in the works ;) Hope to see you in Dixie!

Well, as many of you know I have moved in real life. This is the reason for no new release in the last 6 weeks. So finally I have settled in some and I have been able to create a new style for us. This one is named Cupcake. It's flexy cuteness in pony tails. Available in all 10 Naturals and in 8 Fantasy shades in my store in Dixie today. Another day in SL...Another theif

I always intended to keep personal things out of my blog. I wanted it to remain design related. While this is personal, it's also design related so I've deicded to post and let those of you who check here for new releases, see something that has been going on. It's come to my attention that someone is selling a copy of one of my designs. I wan't going to post his name because I didn't want to make drama but after this past evening and his continued lies and refusal to remove my hair, added with the fact that he has at least one other stolen design he's selling with MY textures on it, I decided that all's fair. So his name is Micheal Kingsford. I've repeatedly asked him to stop, (for over 3 weeks now), he either says ok and stops for a while, then puts them back into his store, or he lies and never takes them out at all after telling me he will. He even went so far as to take them out for a week or so. I thought the issue was over, but sadly I found out yestrday he has them back out again. He's been spoken to by others as well. To no avail. He claims Linden Lab told him he is not doing anything wrong and they said it's ok for him to resell. When asked to produce proof (ie: forward the so called email), he stopped responding. So I decided to make public so those of you who help new residents will shy away from his so called new resident help store, and avoid him at all costs. He also has a custom motorcycle store. So if you like to ride choppers in SL please avoid these as well. I am going to include pictures in this post so you can see the designs and hopefully this will prevent more sales for him. Design theft is something that we see more and more in SL on a daily basis lately. It sickens me. I hate seeing someone taking something we as designers put our heart into and then just blatantly reselling with no morals, no remorse and sadly so far, no consequences. I abhor lazy people like this and hope that you too will avoid doing any business with these type of people. It should be noted he has an entire store of items that are likely stolen as well along with freebies also. This hair is so obviously my design and texture no one will deny this man is a lazy theif. I hope you will stand behind myself and other designers, sadly far too many of them, and refuse to be a patron at any of these type of stores. Let's stand together and show the lazy theives that we are interested in quality, honesty and most of all supporting those who try to help make SL a better place with their designs. Thank you for reading my rant.
Update: I spoke with Tigerlily Koi. It was her men's hair that he copied and used my texture on. I guess he thought no one would notice. He thought wrong. So he's taken her design down but mine remains. Which leads me to believe her's will return shortly. It's his pattern. I hate that she was feeling so good about him taking it down on her blog This guy seems to think he's invincible. I hope we are able to show him he's not.

Relay For Life Fair This Weekend

This weekend the RFL teams will be holding a Fair located at the 4 sims LL has generously donated named: Relay Cure, Relay Hope, Relay Faith and Relay Charity. The team I'm on, Dixie Rebel Relayers, are on the Relay Cure Sim. There are so many wonderful items available to buy for RFL donations and activities to raise money it's gonna take all weekend to see it all. First up is Dixie Diva. Feathery and sexy and a new trend in real life hair brought back from our past. This one is not flexy but it's hella sexy ;)

Second is Western Gurl. A pony tail with a leather band that has two texture swapping options, one for the leather and the other for the three stones decorating it. Western Gurl is flexy.

Last but not least is Country Gurl. A cute set of ponytails with color change bows. Country Gurl is semi flexy.

RFL Auction Hair

On Sunday April 15th from 1PM to 4PM SLT the Dixie Rebel Relayers will be holding an auction to benefit Relay For Life. There will be a lot of incredible items up for aution. I'd love to see lots of people there ready to bid on these items! If you'd like to come please join us in Dixie Land Estates, right beside Dixie where my store is located. I will be offering one hair style. This style, named very appropriately by SeaWay, Faith is going to be one of only 4 in SL ever! Sea and Mystic will have a copy to model the day of the auction and of course I have one. Other than that no one will ever have a copy of this. So you'll be one of only FOUR people to ever own this style. How's that for unique. Rare even :) So this will go to the high bidder. You will have your choice of any of the 18 colors I offer. I will texture it for you as soon as the auction is ended and send to you right away. The style is an updo and it's got some nice little flexy pieces in it. There are also Hair Sticks that will be included with the hair. They are optional and can be worn or not depending on you. They are color change as well. They have the kanji symbol for faith on the top part of the sticks. This hair was sort of a family effort for me and I'm so proud to offer this for one incredible person. My boyfriend had the idea for the sticks and then the kanji, and SeaWay and Mystic helped me name it. I hope you will come to Dixie Sunday and join us in our fund raising efforts to wipe out cancer. Hair Fair Releases!!!

It's Hair Fair time again! That means tons of new hair releases!

I have for the Ladies 3 new styles and for the Men I have 2 :) Hopefully that will keep everyone happy. Everything comes in the usual 10 colors but are available in the 8 fantasy colors by request. Just drop me an IM with which style and what color and I'll make them up for you.

First up is Sawyer for the men. By special request my boyfriend asked me to make this one inspired by our favorite TV show Lost. Sawyer is flex.

Kate, also inspired by our show Lost. Cause if you have Sawyer you gotta have Kate! A pony tail with curls and loose whispy pieces falling out. Kate is flex.[Edit] I forgot to mention the scrunchie holding the pony tail is color change

Fever and Heat. Very similar in style but Fever is for the ladies and Heat is for the men. Subtle changes in the style to make it more manly for the guys and more feminine for the gurls. Both are wild whispy and flex.

Innocent. This one is for the ladies. It's long long long :) So those of yall who have been asking me to make some long hair here you go! Innocent is also flex.

So there you go ladies and gents. There are like 50 designers at least. Maybe more I'm not sure. So yall wanna get yourselves over there and check it out. It's amazing. Happy Monday. Today I am releasing an updo. It's called Alluring. It's non flex. I didn't feel the flex would suit this one. It's really cute but at the same time will dress up nicely for formal. Either way I think it's darling. Comes in all 10 colors and the caboodles, which if you don't know yet, are the groups you can buy in fives for the price of four. YAY! This one's called Attitude and boy does it have some serious attitude. This hair omg...it took WAY too long to make but I am thrilled with the results. Hope you will be too. It's been nearly 2 weeks in the making. I'm glad it's done! It's got some flex in it for realism and lots of fringy sexy whispy stuffs. Coming out today is Preppy. A short style with a color change hat. Also included is a color change scarf to match with the hat if you so desire :) I had so much fun with this one. It's getting to be colder here and that makes me wanna wear hats so now you know where the idea came from. This one is so spunky and versatile. You just can't go wrong with it. In collaboration with Rebel Hope...Amy. Inspired by Amy Lee of Evanesence and their video Call Me When You're Sober. Wow Rebel has once again amazed me with her designing skills. This dress, you have to see it. GO GO GO I'm telling you, you want it. And the hair, well I'm not ashamed to admit I love it. I think it's just pretty. Period. I wore it with Reb's dress in the early part of the day yesterday then later I changed into casual capri's and halter for the event at the Silver Dollar and it looked awesome with both. This hair is really versatile. So hopefully you can enjoy it with many different looks. The headband has color change and it's velvet. It's a separate attachment as well so the hair can be worn with or without the headband, your choice. Sneak Peek went to Samantha Winthorpe. Grand Opening Sunday October 8, 2006 at 5:30PM

Well tonight is the grand opening of the new store. And what happens...a grid attack. Don't it figure? So I didn't make a big fuss about it because log in's were closed and those in world we probably afraid to venture out. And I don't blame anyone. So I went ahead with it since we had decorated and all. And pleasantly a lot showed up. Thank you to those who were able to make it. So what I've decided to do is this. We will redo the party on Sunday October 15th. A big formal affair. So those of you who would like to come and just have a good time, dance, dress up..Please do come. I will send an announcement to the group again with an invitation as for the time and all. And those not in the group *gasp!!! I'll drop on you individually. If anyone would like an invite but you're neither in my group or on my friends list just IM me on say Wednesday and I'll send you one. Now for the good stuff....The new hair released today is called Rebelicious. And it's a sexy lil do. As I said in the previous post, it's named for Rebel Hope. A dear friend and an amazing woman. I'd adding the ad so you can peek if you havent seen it yet in the store. I have a lot more to get out into the store but I went from most recent backwards and redid them all with the new colors, added colors, and have quite a few of the older ones to get out. Some I'll be discontinuing. So you might notice some are not there anymore. I'm working to get them all out tho so check back if there is one missing you want to get in the new colors. As some of you know, and many don't. I have bought an island. And I've been working nose to the grindstone to get it up and going. We've moved the Silver Dollar Saloon and we're having events there now every night. I have been working like mad to get the salon moved. As I am moving the store, I'm redoing the styles, improving what needs improved upon, adding the new colors to all the selection, adding demos, and yes I even snuck in a new design I will release for the grand opening of the new store. I will give you a lil teaser about the new release..It is inspired by, created for and modeled by my dear friend Rebel Hope. It's a sexy sassy short one. Like her. Well ok she is absolutely NOT short. But she's sexy and sassy for sure! I made this with her in mind from the first prim I rezzed. It's my little way of showing her my admiration and my love for her. I've done this in past too for Diana, Mystic, SeaWay and Marissa. All very special to me. I am hoping I might, emphasis on MIGHT have another style for the grand opening. I have one in mind. It's going to be long and flex. I am HOPING to have the new store open this weekend. But that is TBA. Just cross your fingers please lol. I am trying so hard. Those who know me well know I'm a perfectionist and there's no way I can rush this. So that said, now you know why there hasn't been any new hair lately. I've had several of you IM and ask what's up. So I thought I'd bloggie and let yall know where I am and what's going on. Yall are gonna love this store. It's amazing. Rebel Hope and RH Engel, amazing builders, built it for me. Coming today is Posh. This is a classic style that's going to suit the most dressed up outfit right down the most casual. It's chin length with full bangs. It's available in all 10 colors yay! I'll have it out in the New section today. I'm going to wait for a few hours to put it out because it's so early. I'll send a notice out as well with a picture. I am really loving the notices. Hope yall are too. I'm going to hint at something that is coming soon...it's huge and I think along with the work I am doing to lessen the lag in the store, is going to make shopping just a breeze.
